Rowland Homes celebrates the successful approval of their latest planning submission.
MCK was commissioned to enhance and re-elevate the house types for Rowland Homes at their development site on Wilding’s Lane, Lytham St. Anne’s.
Given the site’s prestigious location, the client sought a more refined and upmarket architectural approach. This led to the adoption of a Georgian Farmhouse elevational style, providing a timeless and elegant aesthetic.
Following a successful planning application, MCK is now progressing with the preparation of detailed working drawings.
